Who is selling
Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in Danish kroner and include 25% Danish VAT. Any euro amount on the site is an approximate guide only — the payment is always charged in DKK, and your bank sets the rate it converts at.
There are no shipping or handling fees: the price you see is the total you pay. An invoice with the VAT broken out is emailed to you by our payment provider.
Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own payment page and are never sent to, or stored by, this shop. Your order is only confirmed once Stripe confirms the payment.
Collection
This shop is for conference attendees only. Orders can only be collected in person at the venue while the conference is running, so please do not order unless you are attending.
This is click & collect: nothing is shipped. You pay here and pick the goods up in person at The Laravel Denmark stand during the conference — show the receipt from your confirmation email or on screen, and a volunteer hands your order over.
We cannot post anything after the conference, so please collect what you buy while you are there.
Items are held for you for 30 minutes while you pay. If you cannot collect your order before the conference ends, write to us and we will sort it out.
Right of withdrawal
The purchase itself happens on this website, so it counts as a distance sale even though you collect the goods by hand. That gives you 14 days to change your mind (fortrydelsesret), counted from the day you take the item.
The easy way to use it: bring the elephant back to the stand while the conference is still on and we will refund you there. Afterwards, write to [email protected] within the 14 days. Return it in the condition you got it and we refund what you paid.
If something is wrong with it
Danish law gives you two years to complain about a defect (reklamationsret). If your order arrives faulty or is not what was described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Your data
We store your order — what you bought, what it cost, and the email address and name you gave at payment — so we can hand the goods over, send your receipt and keep the accounts. Stripe processes the payment itself and holds the payment details.
This site sets no tracking or marketing cookies; the only cookie is the one that keeps your session working. Accounting records are kept for as long as Danish bookkeeping rules require. Write to us if you want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted.
